About the grape
Chenin Blanc is a white grape from the Loire Valley, mainly Anjou, Saumur and Touraine (Vouvray). Its high acidity lets it make dry, off-dry, sweet and sparkling wines, with notes of apple, quince and honey. It is also South Africa's most planted white grape.
