Sherry

Sherry is a fortified wine from southern Spain, from the triangle between Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa María and Sanlúcar de Barrameda. It is made mainly from Palomino and aged in the criaderas y solera system; there are finos, amontillados, olorosos and sweet styles.
