About the grape
Pinot Noir is the red grape of Burgundy. Thin-skinned and early-ripening, it prefers cool climates and makes pale wines with lively acidity and cherry and raspberry aromas. It is also one of the main grapes of Champagne and is grown in Oregon, New Zealand and Chile.
