In the glass

Crystal clear, with floral and fruity aromas of apple, wild strawberry, currant and violet. Smooth, harmonious and elegant, with a fruity finish and good persistence.

At the table

Ideal as a digestif at the end of a meal, served in a small tulip glass at 10-12 °C.

How it's made

Fresh pomace distilled right after winemaking at the DOMENIS1898 distillery (Cividale del Friuli), in a direct-steam copper batch still
