Baccolo Bianco

Puglia forms the heel of the Italian boot, with a long coastline on the Adriatic and Ionian seas. It is one of Italy's least mountainous regions, with a warm, dry climate. Its signature red grapes are Primitivo and Negroamaro, which makes up at least 75% of Salice Salentino Rosso. The Primitivo di Manduria DOC, in the provinces of Taranto and Brindisi, requires at least 85% Primitivo.
