In the glass

Ruby with violet highlights; aromas of cinchona, sweet spices and cinnamon with fresh red fruit; good structure, fine acidity, pleasant tannins and a long, toasty finish.

At the table

Suckling pig porchetta, farro and legume soup, lamb, veal ragù and grilled mushrooms.

Aging

12 months in barriques and 30 hl botti, plus 10 months in bottle
