In the glass

Deep red with violet highlights; aromas of blueberry and sour cherry with cocoa, sweet spices and cinchona. Powerful, concentrated and fresh, with dense, ripe tannins.

At the table

Red meat roasts, pork, game, venison stews and sharp cheeses.

Aging

12 months (20% barrique, 80% 20-30 hl botte) and 30 months in bottle

Fermented in steel with 28 days of maceration; light filtration
